Assuming you are using the Comcast webmail UI------from the page you are looking at click on "My Account" at the top of the page.  It will ask you to sign in again.  After your have done that click on Users and Preferences at the top of that page.   Then open the tab for the account in question, and then on "Email Settings".  Look down to "Auto Reply" and click on the button to the right to turn it off.

Thanks, Latoque!  I was trying to use my phone browser and Silk on my Kindle, but neither render the screen like my laptop.  Your instructions were perfect for my laptop and very precise.  Thank you!
