Re: How do I synchorize my e-mail in my laptop and my cell phone?

You need to have the email set up using IMAP on both the phone and the laptop.  This implies that you are using the mail app that came on the phone or the Xfinity mobile app.  And you need to be using an email client on the laptop like Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail or some other.  That way everything is synced.

What client do you have on the laptop, and what kind of phone do you have?

What version of Windows do you have on the laptop?  (I assume you're not on a Mac)  Windows XP, Windows 7 or 8.1? Then we'll go from there.
