How do I "un-group" my conversations?

Since I "grouped" emails from the same source, I'm having trouble getting some messages and I'd like to "UN-group" them, but don't know how...?!

Assuming you are using the default Full version of Xfinity Connect, on the toolbar above the message list and reading pane, click on "View", and make sure it's marked to view by "Message" and not by "Conversation".
