How do I block spam emails which are cluttering up my In Box?

Do you have your spam filter on under preferences> Email settings?

Are you marking each spam email as spam on the toolbar?


IF they are all coming from the exact same email address, you can create an email filter under Preferences>Email serrings to block the sender.


If there is a possibility that someone got hold of your password, immediately change your password and secret question.

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
