Home page is gone!

Home page is gone!

My home page was set to"comcast.net/news/national". Last week it disappeared, and defaults to the Xfinity.com page. This is the black screen with anderson Cooper and Wolf Blitzer on it. I really don't want to see that when the browser opens.

Does anyone know where my page went?

Thanks

Dom

Did you try resetting the homepage in your browser?

Re: Home page is gone!

Yes. Many times.

When I set it to comcast.net/news/national it automatically goes to http://my.xfinity.com/news

Then I changed it to https://login.comcast.net/login?s=wnamp&ts=45b8eacc which is the email login screen,

and that redirects to https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/#!!&app=io.ox/mail&folder=default0//QOBS%5D

This screen is a little different, but not much.

Re: Home page is gone!

OK, I tried it on my iMac using Chrome and set the homepage to the same thing you did------the U.S. News page.  It's holding it when I close out of Chrome and back in again.  So then I tried it on my Windows 10 laptop, and did the same thing in Firefox and Edge--------both are holding the page just fine.  So my suggestion is---------------clear cache and history in whatever browser you are using, close it out and try it again.
