Hello Guest issue in regards to email

Why is it that this issue regarding email accounts showing as "Hello Guest" when accessing Comcast mail via the web remains unresolved after many many months?  Obviously, this is not regarded as a high priority issue by the IT division at Comcast despite the over-priced services that are provided to its customers.  I regard this as representing an arrogant viewpoint and shows an apparent disregard for those who are keeping this company afloat.


This issue should have been resolved a long time ago - a very frustrating situation from a customer's vantage point worthy of causing me to re-evaluate my choice of Internet provider.
