Getting pop up: Log in to 50.137.130.152 when trying to order online

Today when shopping online I had this happen. I was trying to add something to a cart on a jewelry selling website when I get 2 pop ups. First one says: This form is not secure. Are you sure you want to submit it? After clicking on yes I get another pop up that says: Log in to 50.137.130.152 and underneath that it wants my user name and password. I don't need a username or password according to the website owner so what's happening? I can add things to other websites carts and I can log in to my bank/credit card accounts so I am not sure what is happening. I have clicked on the first pop up before on different websites and I've never had this happen. Please help me.
