For 3 days now, we cannot send email.

For 3 days now, we cannot send email.

This is the error. Spoke to 2 techs and I am told this is not Comcast. But it IS your problem if you are using a secondary site to send email.

This is the error."" 421 resomta-po-05v.sys.comcast.net resomta-po-05v.sys.comcast.net Excessive failed authentication, ESMTP server temporarily not available, please contact support""

If an employee doesn't reply to you here, you might Comcast Security Assurance a call at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
