Flash compatibility issue

 

XFINITY® TV requires a more recent version of Flash.

Please update to the latest version of Flash and ensure your browser is Flash compatible.

Using Chrome (Does not work)

Using IE (Works fine) .. but who really likes using IE?

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960
 
RAM
16 GB
 
Operating System
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit



Recently had to do a system restore on my computer:

 

1. Worked fine at the date of the selected restore, but not after the process.

2. Settings check good for always allow flash to run

3. Plug-in settings good for enable

4. Tried updating flash player

5. Tried reinstalling chrome

6. Tried reinstalling flash player

7. Tried 4/5/6 in different orders

 

nothing has worked so far from everything i can find on the forums, anyone got any other ideas?
