Failure to send or receive email on Comcast.net.

Failure to send or receive email on Comcast.net.

I'm in the second week of not being able to send or receive email on a consistent level.  I've had are least 6 tech support sessions with no results.  Promiced return calls seldom happen and when I call they don't have the history of former calls and go through the same procedure.

Could we get some additional details?  Where are you sending to/from?  Is this using your desktop application, or is this from a remote site?
