External account failure

This is my secondary account with xfinity. This seems to happen every few months.  Both emails are @comcast.net. Please help!

Retrieving messages for the following external account has failed:

• Business (failing since 4/13/15 6:55 AM)
  Error: system failure: Unable to connect to POP3 server: LdapDataSource{id=1d4c4494-3e3f-4f14-8687-66259a9740ca, type=pop3, enabled=true, name=Business, host=mail.comcast.net, port=110, connectionType=cleartext, username=************************, folderId=14767}, invalid command

The failed accounts will not update until the problem(s) have been resolved. Click OK to go to account preferences.
