External Account Failure

External Account Failure

When we log into our email, one of our secondary accounts causes an error box to pop up with an External Account Failure message (see attached).

We can log into this secondary account directly from comcast, so I don't know why this message is still popping up when we log in to the master account. Also, it doesn't appear we can retrieve email for this secondary account from the master account, just from directly logging in as the secondary account user.

Not a very helpful error message.

Re: External Account Failure

I have the exact same problem, and notified the Comcast Team about it a number of weeks ago.  Haven't heard anything back, and, obviously, the problem hasn't been resolved, nor have I found a work around other than clicking on Cancel.  I'll push them again and see if I can find out any more information.

Can you send me a private message with the account that is causing the issue? You as well @Again . I will need to look into this to see what might be causing the problem. -FC
