Export emails

Export emails

Will be moving to an area with NO comcast.  I assume when I cancel my service I will lose my @comcast.net account so I want to set up a gmail or yahoo free acct.

How do I export the emails I have saved in comcast to I can import them into gmail.

Re: Export emails

Go ahead and set up the next account.  Gmail and Outlook.com are good choices.  When you have done that, they both have a way to import  your conacts and emails from Comcast.  Each one is slightly different, but the basic process is the same.  And yes, once you cancel service you will no longer have access to the email.
