Exchange Server -- Error 554 with Comcast

Exchange Server -- Error 554 with Comcast

We have an Exchange server that has starting having issues with Comcast. When it attempts to connect, we receive the following error: 451 4.4.0 Primary target IP address responded with: "554
resimta-ch2-19v.sys.comcast.net comcast ESMTP server not available.." Attempted failover to alternate host, but that did not succeed. Either there are no alternate hosts, or delivery failed to all alternate hosts. The last endpoint attempted was 96.114.157.80:25

 

We have checked popular blacklists and verified our PTR records and everything seems correct.

 

Can someone from the Antispam department please PM me and I'll provide our public IP and any other information.
