Excessive failed authentication

I also have this message.  I think it might have stemmed from not keeping my phone current with my computer passwords.  Anyway, I noticed that your solutions were posted via personal message, so I couldn't get help directly.

This is the message.  Can you help resolve it please?

An error occurred while sending mail: The mail server sent an incorrect greeting: resomta-ch2-13v.sys.comcast.net resomta-ch2-13v.sys.comcast.net Excessive failed authentication, ESMTP server temporarily not available, please contact support.

No issues as yet.  Helping identify the source of the problem was the greatest help I've had from Comcast.  Thanks for staying with it.
