Error code 0x800408FC

I set up my E-Mail on this computer today, now I can't receive incoming mail. I've checked and double-checked everything with the Xfinity instructions.  I'm using Outlook 2003.  When I run the settings test, everything passes EXCEPT the last item, which is an email which is sent to my e-mail address.  This fails. It instructs me to check the e-mail address box.  I have done this, and it's correct. HELP!

Outlook 2003 isn't compatible with IPv6. Best bet is to upgrade your email client.
