Empty trash folder

Empty trash folder

Every time I try to empty the trash folder I get ba message that my e mail box is full  It shows about b% inmy email

I've seen several reports like this in the forum, so I'm going to escalate it to the forum admins to get someone to look into it.

I was finally able to empty my trash folder using email through my cell phone. Still can't delete emails from the inbox folder. Email is really broken now!

Hi wymi -- I can have a look at this email issue for you. I need to be able to duplicate this. This would require using your log in information and making an attempt empty your trash from the web portal. If you are ok with that please send me the user ID you log in with and an alternate email to reach you at. I will need to do a password reset to perform this action and then contact you via your alternate email since you won't be able to log back in once I've completed what I need to.
