I can't get emails on mobile devices.  I deleted the account and tried to open a new account, no luck.  I changed comcast password and no luck.  Can access email on desktop.  What now?

Have you tried logging in through webmail?  What error are you receiving when you try to log in?

Not sure how to log in via webmail.  On my ipod touch there is no message, as I deleted the comcast account and am unable to set up a new account.  The device tries to verify my account, and the message is "the IMAP server "imap.comcast.net" is not responding"  What now?
