Can't always get into my emails from the new xfinity  home page.  Sometimes when I click on the envelope it goes to a 2nd page of xfinity.  Took me over an hour today to get into my emails.

Have you cleared your browser cache, then closed and re-opened the browser?


Which browser/ version are you using?


Have you tried a different browser, just to test if the issue is with the browser currently being used?


Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
