Emails service

If you move to an area that there is no service for Comcast, how can you keep your email account

Re: Emails service

You can't because email is part of Internet service.

I would recommend using a free email program, such as Gmail, Windows Live a Mail, or Thunderbird.

Also, before you close your Comcast account, you will want to export the contacts you have in the XC address book, and save that CVS file on your PC, so later, when you have a new email program set p, you can then import your contacts into that address book.

You will not have any access to Xfinity Connect when you close your account, so you might also want to set up the new email program NOW, and forward any emails you want to keep to that new Zinbox.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
