Emails not sending

Emails not sending

So about a month ago I suddenly was not able to send emails. I could receive, but not send. Comcast could not help me at all. they just wanted to help me sign up for additional cable service because my email wasn't working. I went to the apple store and they deleted my comcast account from my computer and then we opened a new one. I have been successful sending and receiving emails since....until today.


I have a MAC. I use microsoft outlook.


The problem is that I have old emails that I really need access to and since the MAC store guy closed my email account on my computer, I thought I might be able to access them from the comcast.net email but I can't go back further than June 10th.


Is there any way to retrieve emails from before June 10th? Other than through a backup drive?
