Emails missing on Xfinity Portal prior to March 30

The problem started last week; all of my emails (on the Xfinity Portal) are missing prior to March 30.  In conversing with Xfinity Support Techs over the weekend, there was a server upgrade done.  Yesterday, emails were not even accessible for quite a while.  They are accessible now, but again, all of my emails from 2017 are missing up to March 30.


Anyone else having this same issue?

Yep I have lost emails twice since December and now they are disappearing weekly. When I checked email today, they only went back to last Wednesday. According to info I have received from Comcast, it is an operating problem between Comcast and Safari/Firefox operations. This has come about since December Comcast upgrading the system and doesn't seem to be getting resolved.
