Emails bouncing

I own a Shutterfly share site we use to keep in contact with fellow alumna. It seems all emails to Comcast addresses (including mine) are being bounced with the following message:

"Remote host response: delivery temporarily suspended: host mx1.comcast.net[96.114.157.80] refused to talk to me: 421 resimta-po-13v.sys.comcast.net resimta-po-13v.sys.comcast.net Try again later'.

Why is this happening? How can this be remedied? I am concerned that members are not getting messages about upcoming events.

If you don't get a reply from an employee here, Comcast Security Assurance might be able to help you with this. Give them a call at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
