What should I do with emails simular to the following: see attached image.

You should report it to BOA at the email address they have for that-------------------

Probably a good idea to call them if you actually have an account with them, just to make sure.  Also, open a new window or tab and try to sign in like you normally would.  Just don't use the link in that email.
