Emails are missing

My emails are randomly being deleted and my settings are set to save them after reading? any suggestions?

Exactly how are you trying to access the emails?  Are you on a desktop or laptop computer using only the Comcast webmail UI?  Or are you using a desktop client like Outlook or Thunderbird? Or are you on a tablet or what?
