How can I prevent emails deleting on all my other devices when deleted from another?

What you are describing is the default behavior when using IMAP to enable the account on a given device.  To stop it, you would have to delete the account, then re-create it on each one using POP3 instead.  With IMAP everything is synced.  With POP3 it's not.  Most email clients and mobile devices now will auto-detect Comcast accounts as being IMAP compliant, and if you let it auto-configure that's how it will get set up.  How you manually use POP3 depends on which kind of device you have, but they will all be similar.  If you need the settings, they are found here----------------------

Comcast recommends using IMAP if you are going to access your account across multiple devices.
