How can I have attachments, pictures, appear in body of email.

If you are still on the old email format, from the Compose page click on "Attach" in the toolbar.  When you have the window open to navigate to the photo, look at the bottom and you will see a checkbox that says "Show images in message body".  

 

If you are on the new format, it will put the photo in the body if you use the "Insert Image" button on the toolbar.  If you don't want it in the body, use "Attachments" instead.  You can also drag and drop photos from your desktop or another application directly into the emal.
