Have you tried sending yourself a test email from some other account you have like Yahoo or Gmail?  Does it go through OK?  If not, does it generate any error message in the other account?  One thing to check is to see if your Safe List has become enabled.  In the old email format, from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>Email>>>>>>Email Safe List.  If you have the new format, from the Inbox page click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then on Settings>>>>>Mail>>>>>Advanced Mail settings.  If it's on you need to disable it, as nothing will get to the Inbox folder unless you have manually put the contact on that list.
