No emails since yesterday on any device.  Any suggestions?  I chatted live and they told me it would be fixed in 1 hour, 2 hours ago.

What happens if you send a test email to yourself? Does it send? Do you receive it? Is the problem happening with their Xfinity Connect webmail, an email program, or an app on a mobile device?

Check your "Email Safe List" setting under Preferences / Email / Email Safe List at https://betapf.connect.comcast.net/. This option sometimes gets turned on when it should be off.

The emails were just gone.  They tried to get them back for me, but they were still missing out of all the emails they managed to send to me.  I have since moved most of my email to my yahoo account.
