2/22/2016 - Unable to open e-mail. I am able to sign on, the "envelope" icon shows I have email, but I can't get to my inbox. I am using Internet Explorer11.

Can anyone help? Thank you.

Re: Email

In IE-11, make sure you have Compatibility view enabled for Comcast.net  You will find it under your Tools menu.  Also, clear out your cache/browsing history, then close out IE and re-start it in a fresh session.
