Have you tried sending yourself an email from some other email account you might have like Outlook.com, AOL, Yahoo or anything?  If so, did it generate a bounce message?  Also, check your Safe List------------------------from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>>Email>>>>>>>Safe List.  If it's turned on you need to turn it off.  It has been known to get enabled by itself.  When it is on, nothing will get through except contacts you have deliberately put on the list.

We would love to assist you, how do you normally receive your e-mails?  Do you use a mail client or log in to Xfinity.com and check.  If you have not logged into Xfinity.com, please log in and check through the website.  If you are receiving them via the website, then you may have an issue with the configuration of the mail client you are using.
