I cannot open any of the items in my email or send emails.  Problem started on 2/12, was ok for awhile and I have had the same problem since the evening of 2/13/2016. Called customer support but they were of no help.  Any solutions?

Close out of email.  Clear your browser cache.  Close and re- open your browser and Thrn try getting into your email again.


Which browser are yiu using?  Have you also tried using a different browser to determine if the issue is browser specific?  Try that too,

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
