Even though I indicated that I NEVER want emails moved automatically from Inbox to Trash, they are being moved before I even have a chance to read them.

I  am Assuming you are using Xfinity Connect for email...

Do you Also use any other email  programs, smartphone, or Tablet?


I would also advise changing your password.  A strong password includes upper and lower case letters,mnumbers, and characters.


Which browser/ version are you using?  Have you cleared your browser cache?

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
