How can I get my email to display in chronological order.  The new email appears at the top of the screen, but if I open an email and then go back to the list, they new emails are scattered randomly among older emails. I have to hold on to some old emails for business purposes and it is very frustrating having to scroll down through 50 or so emails looking for the new ones.

Assuming you are using the default Full version of Xfinity Connect, on the toolbar above the message list click on "View".  Make sure you have it set to "By Message" instead of "By Conversation".  Also, do you have "Sorted by Date" set at the top of the list?  If not, right-click on the grey area to the right of that and you will see this-----------------
