Frequent Visitor



I have not had access to email for the past couple of days.  A message comes up that says it is due to maintenance.   I have already contacted Comcast.   They were not able to help me.   What do I need to do to get access to email (both on comcast.net and in the xfinity connect app).

Please copy/ paste the entire error message yiu are receiving.

I would also try a different browser and clear your cache too.


Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Re: Email and caller id on the xfinity connect mobile app


The email seems to be working now.  But I am still having problems with the xfinity connect mobile app.


I am using the Xfinity Connect mobile app.   The caller ID function is not allowing me to see who is calling me on my land line.   It just stopped working about two weeks ago...
