Email from COMCAST and my HUSBAND(a comcast account)both go into Spam.  How do I stop this?

Do you have an email filter that might be sending the messages to the Spam folder?

 

If not, Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help you with this. They manage spam filtering, and, if you can get past the first-line reps, might be able to "unspam" the sender, or at least explain why they are being filtered. Call them at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/dedicated-support/contacts#s5_nav).
