Email won't recieve messages.

Email won't recieve messages.

My email won't recieve messages. The latest email I have recieved is from Feb 27th. It doesn't work through any browser, or my phone or Outlook. I have checked my preferences and have not seen anything out of the ordanary. This is a very frustrating issue for me.

Post the settings you are using on the  phone and Outlook.  Are both set up to leave copies of messages on the Comcast server?

Are you using POP or IMAP Servers?

Do you read email on all three?

 



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
