Email to Comcast.net doesn'ts show up in users mailbox from Exchange

Hi,

 

I am scratching my head on this.  We have an exchange server where we're trying to email Comcast.net mailboxes and the receipient never sees the message.  We're not on any blocklists and our mail gateway shows that our message is delivered to Comcast.net.  I could really use some assistance here.  I've tried bypassing out mail gateway and sending from Exchange directly using external DNS sources, but the result is the same. 

 

We're running Exchange 2013.
