Email through Apple Mail

I am having problems that just started today over my phone with Apple Mail being able to read my messages. Some of my community mailer messages come and im able to read them and others just say message has no content or the message cannot be displayed becuase of the way it if formatted. Some of them it lets me see and read it and some just fail. The IMAP server I use for it are imap.email.comcast.net. I even changed it to imap.comcast.net and nothing changes. Called Apple and they said that the Comcast IMAP server quit pushing the information that my iPhone should be getting to be able to display the message. Please help me out.

Can you tell me if this is still an issue for you? It could have been a hiccup in the server at that particular time, but if it's still happening for you I want to make sure we look into it.

Sorry I didn't reply. All the logs on our end look "good" so we're not sure what to say from that aspect. 

 

Can you PM me with Screenshots or Specific messages or senders you are missing? Something I can have them look at. I'll take whatever you think is relevant. 

Transient issues like this are very ... transient... so anything might be relevant.
