Email subject says *** PHISHING *** in ALL my emails recieved

Email subject says *** PHISHING *** in ALL my emails recieved

Every email I receive has *** PHISHING *** in the subject line, even legit messages from known people, even other comcast users on my same account. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with insalling a new comcast modem but that is when it started. I run the paid version of Avast and when I turn off the sheilds it won't send/receive at all.  Says it can't contact the server.
