Email subject/date/to/from filters at the top of your inbox.

Email Headers across the top of your inbox.  We can sort by from, date, subject, etc.  My 'date field' disappeared at the top.  In MS Outlook, you go to view, settings, add a field, and select reset.  wahlaah, your email can now be sorted by date.

somehow, my date field has disappeared.  How do I add it back in?  I sincerely appreciate your replies.

Best, Linda.

Re: Email subject/date/to/from filters at the top of your inbox.

Assuming youare using the default Full version of Xfinity Connect, look at the top of the message box where it says "Sorted by xxxxxxxx"  Right-click in the grey area to the right of it and you should see this----------------

Sorting Options from Gray Bar 03:04:2015.jpg

That is where you can select Date as the criteria for sorting the list of messages.  You can also right-click on any message in the list and get a more extensive set of options if you like.
