Email quit receiving and sending both onine at Comcast site and Windows Live Mail

My email  has quit working since Dec 6, 2016. One account works, but mine does not. I had been using Windows Live Mail 2011 when my own account quit, but 3 others work. So I accessed it through Comcast site and it hasn't received or sent since Dec 6 either. I cannot send or receive with that account. With a Comcast Chat tech I deleted my account in WLM and set up up using IMAP. I receive all old emails up to Dec 6 and no more. When trying to send, I get this message. The connection to the server has failed. smtp, port: 993

Secure SSL: yes, and socket error 10060

 

3 other accounts work fine,

SMTP with SSL should be set to port 587 or 465. See http://customer.xfinity.com/help-and-support/internet/email-client-programs-with-xfinity-email/.
