Email problem - Mail Delivery Status Notification

Email problem - Mail Delivery Status Notification

A few weeks ago I posted that I was having emails returned undelivered to known email recipients - people I trade emails with daily. Subsequently, I was notified that the problem had been fixed. And I agree, it was fixed.

 

The problem has started again. Here is the text of the body of the email failure notification. Please help. JM

96.114.154.163 is no longer listed by mailspike, so the immediate issue is resolved.

 

Hopefully they'll respond to my outreach of this morning, so we can address long-term stuff.

My problem with emails being rejected to known addresses began again today. This is very frustrating. Please, please work on a long term solution. Here is the failure message:

I am curious to know if this ever got fixed? I am having a very similar problem with cox.net. If you were able to get this straightened out, CC_AA, could you please help me too?

It gets fixed for a few weeks, then begins again. I just got rejected emails today. I am in a sales meeting in Canada, looking at the person I am trying to email. Very frustrating. JM

I was able to send emails for a few days. Today, June 8th I had emails to known recipients rejected. I am attending a sales meeting in Canada with the company from which my emails are being rejected. I am sitting next to them. Very frustrating. Please provide a long term solution. JM
