Email order of presentation upon opening

I want my email cashe to be ordered from most recent by date. Last message in is at the top of the list.   I have some how got them in alphabetical order (Don't want that!)  and now a seemingly random order.  I can't find any recent messages. Comcast "help has no clue what to do

How do I fix the email as listed the way it has been for years?

Click on the word Date. You may have to click on it twice to show the newest at the top.

Re: Email order of presentation upon opening

A very simple solution to my probelm, The frustration comes from the 45 minutes I spent on the phone trying to get the Comcast  "help line" to tell me what to do.  You soolved the probelm in one sentence.  Thanks!   Jim
