Email only arrives in plain text

Recently I've been receiving email from two senders that only arrives in plain text, where in the past I received their HTML emails just fine.  I can click on a link to the html version of their email, or I can download it, but it no longer arrives in my inbox in HTML.  It's never been an issue before, and all other senders from the same company come through just fine as HTML.  I checked my settings, and they are set correctly to receive emails in HTML when possible.  Does anyone know if I can fix/change this?  I get a lot of these emails and I need to print them.  Needing to go through and open each link to get the HTML and then print them individually is taking a lot longer than simply selecting all of them and printing them all at once.
