Email not Received from gmail

Email not Received from gmail

Hello,
I am unable to receive emails TO my comcast email address from users on gmail. I have a personal and business account that are hosted by gmail and when I send an email to my @comcast.net address, it never shows up. I opened a case with gmail and they showed me how to check my business log files to verify that the email was delivered to comcast and it was. How do we troubleshoot why I am not receiving the email?

Just a thought, not a solution, but are you using a signature that contains a URL?  Comcast has a habit of sometimes dropping emails with a URL in the signature.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I don't have any signature on what I am testing with.  Comcast's chat feature for help doesn't work. Tired it for the last 4 days and after over an hour each time, I gave up.  I eventually found the forum and figured I would post here before trying to call and wait 2 hours to talk to someone.
