Email issues

I am having issues with my email since comcast has switched it, I can no longer get into my saved messages, trash, or read sent messages. I haved chatted no help, have called even the IT Tech's have not fixed this, all they do is say they are working on it and hang up the phone. Can somebody tell me how to fix this b/c it's apparent they don't know how.

Can you clarify------since Comcast switched to what?  Do you mean the new email format or something else?

OK exactly what happens when you click on the Sent or Trash folders---anything?  I too am using the new format and have not seen this issue myself.
