Email help

There are only 2 of us in our office and we share the same email address, is there a way that she can only receive her emails on her computer and me only receive my emails on my computer?   Also if not is there a way that I can delete her emails on my computer without deleting them on hers?

Re: Email help

If you are both sharing the same Comcast email address, you could set up a filter so that any incoming emails addressed to the other person go to a folder with her name on it.  Another possiblity would be to have her set up another account with some other email provider like Yahoo or Gmail, and then set up a filter in Comcast to forward anything to that address that is addressed to her.

Assuming one of you is the primary account holder, you could set up a secondary Comcast account for her and set the filter to send to that address.  There may be other scenarios that are possible here, but those two seem the best based on what you are describing.
