Email has been out for almost a day

Email has been out for almost a day

My email went out last night.   Iphone, ipad, mac.  Message say comcast not working.   I log in to xfinity.  I can not get mail.  It has an error message "oops something is wrong, try again later"   I have been on chat, and two calls.  3 hours this morning.   2nd call said it was definitely Apple, beccause I only have Apply products.  I remember that my husband had an old Windows stand alone.  Comcast web site...same message.  No mail.   Last call, same things...then he said he was going to transfer me to an email expert......click, click...busy signal.   I guess he hung up.   No call back!!!
