Email goes to Outlook not Comcast

In the past couple days my comcast.net  emails on one address are bounced sent to "Outlook". When this happens I cannot access the messages on my cell phone.

How do I  prevent my incoming messages from going to  "Outlook" ?

Re: Email goes to Outlook not Comcast

Outlook the email client or Outlook.com [formerly hotmail.com]?
